AOL Blacklisting October 22nd, 2006
We have had a substantial number of enquiries regarding the announcement concerning the AOL blacklisting.
At 15:49 on 21st October 2006 we received notification from a customer that they had sent a mailing out to their customers. However due to a scripting error they had sent this mailing to each recipient up to 100 times.
At 16:00 on 21st October 2006 we stopped all SMTP transactions from taking place on the mail servers. We then cleared the mail queue of all outgoing messages remaining for the mailing list.
At 16:10 on 21st October 2006 we resumed SMTP transactions.

Upcoming Server Relocation June 7th, 2006
It was just 7 months ago that we originally moved our set-up to Redbus Meridian Gate. This move has brought faster connectivity and a much greater network reliability.
However in recent weeks Redbus has been purchased by Telecity a major European data centre provider. Since the buyout service levels at Redbus have dropped. There has also been an price increase of over 400% on contract renewals. It is my personal belief that the aim is to quickly increase profitability ready for a floatation and possible sale providing a big return on investment in a short space of time.

Auto Billing with your Helm Account May 30th, 2006
This is just a friendly reminder that you can now store your credit/debit card details securely via the Helm control panel. This allows us to auto-bill your card when your package or domain comes up for renewal.
You will receive an email 7 days before the payment is due to be taken so you can have advanced warning of any charges. The auto-bill option prevents any problems if you are away and do not receive the payment reminder notifications.
For more information on how to add a credit/debit card to your account please see the URL below http://support.aguk.net/article.aspx?id=10124
