Tuesday 26th December 2006 - No email or phone support.
Wednesday 27th December 2006 - Limited email support and no phone support.
Monday 1st January 2006 - No email or phone support.
Tuesday 2nd January 2006 - Limited email support and no phone support.
Wednesday 3rd January 2006 - Limited email and no phone support.
Limited email support means we may take longer than normal to reply and may only reply to urgent support requests.
Our standard email and phone support will be in place at all other times. For clarification our standard support cover is as follows:
Email support 7 days a week with min 24 hour response times. Current average response times are just 36 minutes.
Phone support available Monday to Friday 10:00 - 16:00
During the whole Christmas period our systems will be constantly monitored and technical staff alerted to any problems that require attention.
