We recently migrated our mail system to use our stand alone EBAGS setup. This provides highly sophisticated mail protection from viruses and spam mail while also providing an exceptional level of redundancy.
The move took place on the 20th October 2006. Since then we have seen a reduction in the amount of spam and junk mail we receive. However we also want to understand your experiences.
For this reason I encourage customers to take a few moments to complete this small survey and if necessary leave comments below. This will help us continue to improve our email systems.

Seems to be flawless. I have had minimal spam since then and wasn’t really aware of the change. I used to receive a lot of SPAM ebay mails but now none at all.
Only thing I notice is that I don’t seem to receive any genuine eBay messages now. I wonder if that’s an eBay change or part of the spam change?

Personally, i’d rather filter spam myself, that way i have better control over what does or does not get thru. Also, a lot of emails being received now have ” [SPAM] ” at the front of the subject header. Most of these emails are not spam, but it is worrying that they are being labelled as such, and odd that if they are being labelled as spam, why are they still getting thru.
