Having spent some time reviewing the products and services offered by AGUK the decision has been made to make these more streamlined and concentrate on improved customer service.

Previously AGUK offered a wide range of products and services designed to cater for many aspects of a customers needs. However the large number of services on offer meant there was less time to spend on our core principle - customer service. Becuase of this the products and services on offer have been streamlined to reflect those that are primary to the business, mainly internet hosting services such as internet software, email services, hosting services, domain registration.

We will be happy to offer advice to customers on other internet based services as part of our consultancy operations. These other services however will be provided by thrid parties rather than AGUK. Where a service is provided by a third party this will be clearly stated.

These changes will enable AGUK to continue to focus on providing exceptional customer service and moving the business forward in these key areas.
